The binaries are not code-signed yet

• macOS may refuse to run a downloaded ssp. Remove the quarantine flag once: xattr -d com.apple.quarantine ssp (the installer does not need this).
• Windows SmartScreen may warn on first start: choose “More info” → “Run anyway”.

To check a download yourself, compare its SHA-256 with SHA256SUMS.txt: shasum -a 256 <file> on macOS, sha256sum <file> on Linux, Get-FileHash <file> on Windows.
